How do I perform a factory reset on my Elvie Stride?
Please note, a factory reset will delete any sessions that have not been transferred to the app.
To perform a factory reset on your pump:
Turn it on
Press and hold both the + and - buttons simultaneously for five seconds
The Play/ Pause and Intensity Lights will flash while your pump is resetting.Â
When your pump has reset, all the lights will turn off and the pump will switch itself off.
