Help avoid symptoms of prolapse

A weak core can cause pelvic organ prolapse. Regular Kegel training is the best way to strengthen those muscles and support your pelvic organs.

What is my pelvic floor?

Your pelvic floor (5) is a set of muscles that sit like a hammock from the pubic bone at the front to the tailbone (coccyx) at the back.

Your uterus (1) and bladder (2) sit above your pelvic floor, and your urethra, vagina (3) and rectum (4) run through it.

Correct technique with every squeeze

Patented tilt technology detects directional pull, so you’ll be told if you push muscles down instead of pulling up. After all, correct movement is key to building strength and avoiding injury
