The gem is hovering or not responding as expected to my squeeze

If you begin a workout with Elvie Trainer in your hand, does the gem respond as expected when you squeeze your hand? If it does not, please contact our customer care team on questions@elvie.com.

If the gem does respond to the squeeze of your hand, please insert your Elvie Trainer for at least two minutes before beginning your workout. Temperature can affect the movement of the gem, so this makes sure Elvie Trainer is given the chance to stabilise before you begin a workout. Second, if you feel comfortable to do so please use the optional cover and exercise standing up. If the gem is still not responding as expected to your squeeze please contact questions@elvie.com and we'll be happy to help.
