Worst customer service

"Worked great for 8 months. Then started requiring a higher level to get the same pressure and eventually stopped providing any suction at all. Chatted with and Emailed the customer service, they took 24 hours to respond to each email and the best was they told me to make sure either was assembled properly and let them know. I’ve been using it multiple times a day for 8 months. It’s put together correctly. And since they’ve taken so long to reply, my supply is tanking and I’m essentially forced to wean. Incredibly frustrated that a $250+ product didn’t last a full year."

Favorite pumps!

"I have the original hands-free Elvie pump and the stride 2 and they are by far my favorites! I appreciate that both pumps come standard with the 28mm flange sizes as that is the sizing I need. They also seem to have a munch more gentle suction that is still very effective. Now I use the stride 2 as my everyday pump and get the same output as my previous corded pump without feeling so tied down! I like having the pumps all in-bra and the controls easily accessible and clipped on my pants. The only aspect that I dropped a star for is pouring the milk out. It does take some practice and just the right angles to empty the canister without spilling the precious liquid. Otherwise I love these pumps!"
