Reconnecting a Pump
If your pump loses connection, it will automatically try to reconnect. You should ensure:Â
Your phone Bluetooth is turned onÂ
Elvie Pump is turned on (it may have turned off or it may have run out of charge - see 'How do I charge Elvie Pump')
Your phone and Elvie Pump are next to each otherÂ
If Elvie Pump is not automatically reconnecting, please follow the steps below:Â
Open the app menu and navigate to Pump infoÂ
Ensure Elvie Pump is turned onÂ
Press the Scan buttonÂ
If the app discovers a pump, tap connectÂ
